Permanent Make Up
Permanent make up is the technique used to tattoo color to the eyebrows, lips, eyelids and skin of the face. Often called permanent cosmetics, derma-pigmentation, micro-pigmentation or cosmetic tattooing, it can also be used to disguise scars and white spots in the skin or restore or enhance the breasts areola after breast surgery. The procedure establishes tiny pigments of color into the dermal layer of the skin.
